兜風耳的形成是年幼時或胎兒形成的時候，耳朵沒有完成發展成向後彎曲，而是向外伸展，當耳廓（auricle）發育不全，令耳廓上半部缺乏摺力，未能維持向頭側摺後，令到耳廓上部彈開。一般耳朵和頭側成25至30度左右，當角度大過35度時，在外觀上便形成兜風耳的情況... Please read our full Chinese article here:
